When I became a Nutritional Consultant through the Global College of Natural Medicine I realized what was lacking in that program was a system. I learned a bunch of valuable information but how was I going to put that information to work in real life coaching?
This is when I started doing some research and came across Precision Nutrition. Coincidentally, that same year I attended Meeting of the Minds in San Diego where I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. John Berardi one of the founders of Precision Nutrition.
In my nutrition coaching I use Precision Nutrition’s systematic approach to help clients reach their goals.
In order to achieve results we need to look at:
*Your Genetic Makeup
*Your Physical Activity
I do not put together meal plans, I have done it in the past and my experience is that this does not work long-term.
I am also not the Coach to work with if you are looking for a quick fix. I will not steer you in the direction of crash diets to get ready for a wedding, summer vacation, class reunion, etc. I believe in making small sustainable changes over time. You do not need to suffer to reach your goals. There is no magic bullet when it comes to nutrition. I will work with you to find what works best for you individually and help you understand why the way your best friend eats may get her/him positive results, and might not work for you.
